KaOM was established in 2011 with the aim of business and healthcare consultancy. We are specialists in providing PMVA training. Our training meets RRN standards and certified by Bild https://bildact.org.uk/organizations/kaom-ltd/. The lead trainer Reuben is a well experienced mental health nurse with over 20 years experience ranging from Medium Secure Units to Care homes as well as community settings.
Our values
KaOM was founded on the values of reflective practice where “Keeping an Open Mind” results in better outcomes for patients, workers and organizations. People who benefited from training include international students with route to flexible work, nursing agencies with trusted training and mental health units.
